Karen started her fitness journey after having her first child. She always felt unsatisfied with what the typical gym had to offer but found herself feeling like her body wasn't ready to try Yoga. After years of typical motherhood exhaustion and searching for exercise that actually works, she finally tried Pilates and loved it! Karen started practicing Pilates Reformer with Stacy in 2010 and was immediately hooked. Soon after, she began Pilates mat and Yoga. After she realized how much she was benefitting from each practice, she felt regret that she hadn't started earlier in life. She has been a huge advocate for both practices and supporter of Stacy ever since! Karen is currently working towards her Pilates teaching certification and we can't wait to have her on the schedule!
