Class Descriptions


Pilates Mat

Pilates will strengthen and tone your entire body.  This class is challenging and yet open to all levels.  How is that possible?  Pilates is a high intensity and low impact workout that focuses on postural alignment and injury prevention.  In this class you will learn how to use controlled movements and proper breathing techniques while maintaining correct alignment to achieve the optimal muscle conditioning.  Your core will be transformed!  If you are ready and willing to jump right into a challenge, this class is for you! 

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer combines all the benefits of Pilates Mat with the state of the art studio reformer.  The Reformer uses spring resistance which gives you the additional benefits of weight training.  Reformer classes will only ever have up to 5 students per class which allows the instructor to give individual focus to each client. This is a challenging class recommended for the fit beginner or the experienced practitioner. 

Reformer Foundations

This class will work on the foundations of Pilates Reformer, focusing on the basics of form and technique while also providing you with a challenging workout! I highly recommend this class to students who are at the beginning of their Pilates practice or those who want to slow down and re-focus on the basics. 


Yoga - Explore & Restore

In this class we explore & play with how we flow in Yoga while also focusing on restoring the body through gentle movement. This class is perfecting for restoring sore muscles or creating a new movement practice. This class is super chill, all levels welcome! 

Intro to Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional & fun Yoga Flow class. We start the class warming the body with the Sun Salutations followed by a unique series of poses that are strung together by a flow, also known as a Vinyasa sequence. In this Intro to Vinyasa class we will be breaking down Sun Salutation series A & B, as well as what is means to Vinyasa. This class is a great workout and you will prepare you for a traditional Vinyasa Yoga class.


Barre offers the most dynamic workout we offer.  It combines the use of the Ballet barre along with techniques from Ballet conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, and more to create a high energy stretch and strengthening class.  If you are up for anything, this class is for you!
