Class Descriptions


Pilates Mat

Pilates will strengthen and tone your entire body.  This class is challenging and yet open to all levels.  How is that possible?  Pilates is a high intensity and low impact workout that focuses on postural alignment and injury prevention.  In this class you will learn how to use controlled movements and proper breathing techniques while maintaining correct alignment to achieve the optimal muscle conditioning.  Your core will be transformed!  If you are ready and willing to jump right into a challenge, this class is for you! 

Pilates Reformer

Think Pilates Mat sounds intimidating?  Maybe you should start with Pilates Reformer.  Pilates Reformer combines all the benefits of Pilates Mat with the state of the art studio reformer.  The Reformer uses spring weight to provide resistance and additional support that the body may need when getting started.  Reformer classes will only ever have up to 5 students per class which allows the instructor to give individual focus to each client.  If you are looking to get in great shape but feel your body needs that extra assistance or if you are looking for weight training in your routine, then this class is for you! It's so versatile that this class is truly for all!


Pilates Reformer is a challenging class and is recommended for fit beginners on up!


Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is what we call a flow class.  The class moves fluidly through variations of yoga poses.  Some poses we flow right through and others we hold to enjoy the juicy benefits.  The class usually starts out slow, becomes more intense as the class warms up, followed by cool down floor work, and final meditation know as Savasana. This class is a little easier than Pilates mat but still has it's challenges.  You will gain flexibility as well strength!  If your focus is to gain flexibility, strength, and serenity this class is for you!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a high intensity level Vinyasa Yoga class.  Recommended for fit beginners who understand basic yoga poses.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga moves at a slower pace while still getting a great workout.  This class is a great place to start your Yoga practice.  We take extra time to break down poses and move slower into transitions.  Slow Flow Yoga will prepare you for faster, more challenging paced Yoga classes.


Barre offers the most dynamic workout we offer.  It combines the use of the Ballet barre along with techniques from Ballet conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, and more to create a high energy stretch and strengthening class.  If you are up for anything, this class is for you! 


Barre is a high intensity, low impact, full body workout. This class will help you build long, lean, muscles and flexibility.  Barre combines traditional ballet style conditioning with Pilates core work and influences from bootcamp style fitness classes. We use weights, bands, Pilates balls, and the barre to work the body from head to toe.
