Pilates is a high intensity and low impact workout that focuses on postural alignment and injury prevention. In this class you will learn how to use controlled movements and proper breathing techniques while maintaining correct alignment to achieve the optimal muscle conditioning. Your core will be transformed! If you are ready and willing to jump right into a challenge, this class is for you!
Pilates Reformer combines all the benefits of Pilates Mat with the state of the art studio reformer. The Reformer uses spring resistance which gives you the additional benefits of weight training. Reformer classes will only ever have up to 5 students per class which allows the instructor to give individual focus to each client. This is a challenging class recommended for the fit beginner or the experienced practitioner.
This class combines dynamic and static stretching to achieve your flexibility and mobility goals. Perfect for anyone who just needs a deep stretch!
Yoga Flow is a traditional flow class. We start the class warming the body with variations of Sun Salutations followed by a unique series of Yoga poses that are strung together by a flow, also known as a Vinyasa sequence. This class is challenging but it can easily be modified to optimize your personal practice and pace.
Barre offers the most dynamic workout we offer. It combines the use of the Ballet barre along with techniques from Ballet conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, and more to create a high energy stretch and strengthening class. If you are up for anything, this class is for you!
Aerial Private Parties
Now booking our very popular Aerial Glow private parties! Gather your friends and flip upside down under the neon stars! No experience necessary. Up to 8 guests per party. $150 for 1 hour, includes individual and group photos after class to show off your new skills! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
